Understanding the concepts of timetabling

New to School Timetabling is designed for anyone interested in school timetabling. So whether you have no knowledge of school timetabling or you are currently the school timetabler with no formal background, this is the workshop for you.

The workshop is designed to be very 'workshop' based to allow you to take what you need from the two days. Discussions around why a school has a timetable through to different structures, curriculums will be explored and discussed. Also examining structures that are found within a timetable and how 'checks' such as combing charts and conflict matrices can be applied.

By the end of the two days you will have discussed different types of timetables and be in a position to work in earnest on a 'real' timetable.
