Transferring your timetable

As a timetabler you may have created your timetable outside of your schools' MIS choice. As a result it will need to be transferred to your MIS manually ensuring that all the structures are present allowing your MIS to function correctly. MIST Services can transfer the timetable manually (no automatic procedures are used) into Facility Scheduler, Nova T6 or TimeTabler. Which can then be imported to the schools' MIS. Should you wish to transfer the timetable manually yourself then MIST Services can offer consultancy days to work with colleagues, from £400 per day. For many schools the transferring of the timetable is a 2-3 day job and as such may ask MIST Services to manually transfer the timetable as it is more cost effective.

Prerequisite

The timetable needs to be completed prior to the transfer.

The timetable needs to be roomed prior to the transfer (if you wish that to be included).

Notes

When the final timetable is received it is that version which is transferred. If any changes are made subsequently then these will need to be listed and we'll make the changes at the end.
