A cost effective alternative to consultancy

June tends to be a critical time for the timetabler so for a whole week MIST Services will be hosting support drop in sessions. Delegates are free to come in for as many or as few days as they wish. Each delegate brings their own laptop and data enabling them to work on their timetable with expert help at hand! This is a fantastic opportunity for new timetablers as well as seasoned timetablers who would like to ask specific questions. The sessions have been designed to allow the timetabler to get a very cost effective alternative to buying onsite consultancy. Another benefit is delegates can network and collaborate with other timetablers working on similar issues! We will limit the spaces available on these sessions to ensure enough time will be available to all delegates so please book your space in advance. We invite timetablers to come along to work on any aspect of their timetable from curriculum planning to scheduling.

Audience

All timetablers working on the new timetable. Who would like a cost effective alternative to on-site consultancy.

Prerequisite

This is a 100% workshop based session so delegates must bring their own laptop with Facility installed along with relevant data.

Notes

MIST Services expect the majority of delegates to be using Facility Scheduler. Although should you use Nova T, MIST Services can help you manually transfer the timetable into Nova.
