MIST Services are currently taking MOT bookings for your timetable. Simply provide your Curriculum diagram and your TimeTabler, Nova T6 or Facility Scheduler file and we'll run a series of checks giving you the confidence that your timetable is in 'best' form for scheduling! If your timetable passes the MOT you will be issued with a MOT certificate!

Outline

Simply put, the MOT test ensures you have the data you require to start scheduling your timetable! Also it will check that different elements of your timetable actually schedule, end result you know the only thing stopping you from a completed timetable is the combination of part timers and the vertical layering of the different year groups i.e. the challenge of the timetable!

If your timetable fails the MOT, you will be advised of alterations required so you can get on with scheduling right away!

Cost - £49 +vat, or free if you are booked onto a MIST timetabling workshop.

Audience

Any school, college or Academy who wish to double check that their timetable is ready to schedule.

Prerequisite

Here is the small print:

1 - On your MOT date you need to email your curriculum plan and your timetable file.

2 - Your timetable file must have restrictions and constraints in there; unfortunately MIST Services won't know the subject restrictions or part time staff any other way!

3 - Please don't be offended if we make comments that result in requiring you do extra work, we won't say it unless it is required! It is designed to ensure you can get the most out of the Scheduling the Timetable workshop.
