A new tool to aid curriculum modelling.

Each year a timetabler will need to map out a 'curriculum' and understand how many staff are required, how many rooms are required, where are staffing surpluses or shortfalls exist etc This task is so often done better outside of a MIS or timetabling piece of software to allow different models to be mocked up and tweaked! There are very few timetablers who model one curriculum plan!

The modelling tool allows you to specify your subjects, render your curriculum plans, understand the subject demand, staff supply and costings to name some of its functions. Information such as staffing proformas can be created, printed and distributed to subject leaders allowing a consistent approach to be deployed across the school.

Non-software specific

The tool is designed to be used independently of any MIS (Management Information System) and timetabling (or scheduling) software. The timetabler can create various iterations or variations of a curriculum model ultimately sharing amongst the leadership team is an easier to understand format.
