Refresher workshop for 'TimeTabler'

Course Information

  • Price : £450 + VAT
  • Duration : 2 days

This two day course is designed to give timetablers who use TimeTabler an opportunity to refresh their knowledge, review their past successes and mistakes, and begin to plan ahead for the next academic year.

The first day will follow a taught syllabus and our experienced trainers will guide you through some of the common difficulties that even experienced timetablers encounter. Particular attention will be given to container-blocks, day-blocking, solving kick outs, teaching group names, and how to successfully export your timetable to your MIS. The first day will end with a brief workshop session so that the delegates can review their current timetable in light of the material covered earlier in the day.

The second day will take the form of a workshop and delegates are encouraged to bring their own data so they can get a head start on planning for the upcoming year. You will have the opportunity to discuss your school's requirements and plans with our trainers and the other delegates. You can use this day to ask as many questions as you like and by the end of the day you will be able to confidently begin your next timetable.

TimeTabler vouchers are available for this course

We operate small groups of a maximum trainer to delegate ratio of 1:8 and you will receive a certificate of attendance.
