Introduction to using 'TimeTabler' - Part 2

Course Information

  • Price : £225 + VAT
  • Duration : 1 day

This course is Part Two of the 2-Day Introduction to TimeTabler course. This course can be attended as a standalone course but the themes and content are continued on from Part 1 which typically runs the previous day.

The course is very hands-on with delegates using TimeTabler right from the start. The course will lead the delegates through all the additional steps possible in TimeTabler to produce a timetable which are not covered on day 1 of the course.

This course will have a particular focus on exporting so if you are planning to export your completed timetable to your MIS this is the course for you. Our trainers are familiar with all of the widely used MIS which TimeTabler can be imported into and can help you to understand how to correctly set up your TimeTabler file for export.

TimeTabler vouchers are available for this course

If you need to use 'container blocks' extensively then we would suggest attending the Advanced timetabling with TimeTabler course as well. This course will go into everything there is to know about container blocks.

We operate small groups of a maximum trainer to delegate ratio of 1:8 and you will receive a certificate of attendance.

The course covers the 4 additional sections of the workflow in TimeTabler

  • Availability (Part 1a of 4)

  • Check and validate (Part 2a of 4)

  • Check and Tidy (Part 3a of 4)

  • Exporting (Part 4a of 4)
