cancellations<\/h2>\n<h3><strong>Off-line Payments &amp; Vouchers<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Your school will be invoiced the\u00a0<strong>full amount<\/strong>\u00a0unless a\u00a0<strong>voucher\/promotional code<\/strong>\u00a0is entered at the point of booking.<\/li>\n<li>Voucher\/promotional codes\u00a0<strong>must be\u00a0purchased\u00a0before<\/strong>\u00a0making a booking.<\/li>\n<li>Vouchers are valid for\u00a0<strong>12 months from the date of purchase<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>VAT<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>All\u00a0<strong>UK-based training and workshops<\/strong>\u00a0are subject to\u00a0<strong>VAT at 20%<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>VAT will appear on\u00a0<strong>all invoices<\/strong>, regardless of where your school is geographically.<\/li>\n<li>International schools may be able to\u00a0<strong>reclaim VAT locally<\/strong>, but VAT will still be charged on the invoice.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"mt-note\">\u00a0If you have any questions, please call\u00a0<strong><a href=\"tel:01858440233\">01858 440233<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0before\u00a0making a booking.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Reserving a Date or Training Place<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>There is\u00a0<strong>no\u00a0option\u00a0to reserve<\/strong>\u00a0a date or training place.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All bookings are\u00a0<strong>confirmed bookings<\/strong>, subject to the cancellation policy below.<\/li>\n<li>Bookings\u00a0operate\u00a0on a\u00a0<strong>first-come, first-served<\/strong>\u00a0basis.<\/li>\n<li>We strongly recommend booking as soon as possible if you have a specific date in mind.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Booking on Behalf of a Colleague<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>This is\u00a0absolutely fine,\u00a0<strong>but please note<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You must use the\u00a0<strong>delegate\u2019s name and email address<\/strong>\u00a0(not a finance or generic email).<\/li>\n<li>All confirmations, access details, and online course links are sent to the\u00a0<strong>delegate\u2019s email<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00a0<strong>separate finance email address<\/strong>\u00a0can be entered for invoicing purposes.<\/li>\n<li>Please check\u00a0<strong>dietary requirements<\/strong>\u00a0in advance when booking for someone else.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Purchase Order (PO) Numbers<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>If your school or trust requires a\u00a0<strong>PO number<\/strong>, this must be obtained\u00a0<strong>before booking<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Enter the PO number on the booking form.<\/li>\n<li>If your organisation does not use PO numbers, please enter\u00a0<strong>\u201cn\/a\u201d<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"mt-back\"><a href=\"#terms-top\">Back to contents \u2191<\/a><\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section id=\"training-cancellations\" aria-labelledby=\"training-cancellations-title\">\n<p class=\"mt-section-label\">Section 02<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"training-cancellations-title\"><strong>Cancellation \u2013 Training &amp;
