MIST Services offers a range of services whether that is training, consultancy or acting as a mentor. All services are designed to help the user in their current job role.

We offer MIS (Management Information Systems) services, specialising in the Facility product suite including Facility Admin, Facility ePortal, Facility Scheduler as well as TimeTabler and NovaT6. We also have consultants who can offer guidance on SIMs.NET. It may be that you or your school could benefit from some extra help or guidance on areas such as school census, assessments, attendance, examinations etc Or it may be you have adopted Facility (from Serco Learning) or thinking about it currently and could benefit from expert advice. It should be noted that some of the consultants have been working with Facility for over eight years, so have been former employees of CCM Software and then subsequently Serco Learning.

We also specialise in Timetabling and although we can offer an extensive range of services related to Facility Scheduler, there are many services linked to just the subject area of Timetabling, independent of software solution. Over the years we have noticed how the timetable and the Timetabler are becoming so integral to the operation and sometimes the success or failure of a school. Therefore if you are new into the role or a seasoned Timetabler we can offer services to help you analyse your school curriculum or plan for the future. There is something for everyone, even configuring planning matrices in Facility Scheduler if that is what you want!
